The lookout that never closes

Fog was starting to come in over Busay at 12:52 AM when Suroy.ph held the drone still above the lit ring for an eight second exposure, with Cebu City spread out below all the way to the water. The gate is ₱100, Tops never closes, and the IT Park shuttle runs until 3 AM.
