ATO-AH Cebu: The IT Park Bib Gourmand, Menu and Prices
Cebuano home cooking on Park Avenue, promoted from Michelin Selected to Bib Gourmand in 2027. Appetizers from ₱249.
Lunch on Saturday, 31 October 2026, two days after the Michelin Guide moved it up from Selected to Bib Gourmand. The 2026 Michelin sticker was still on the door.
ATO-AH is Cebuano home cooking, plated for a city that eats out. It opened in 2025 on Park Avenue in Cebu IT Park, made the first Michelin Guide as a Selected restaurant, and in the 2027 edition it was promoted to Bib Gourmand. The menu reads like a Cebu family table, kinilaw, nilarang, humba, pochero, dinuguan, and the prices sit between a carinderia and a hotel restaurant: appetizers from ₱249, mains mostly ₱489 to ₱949.

ATO-AH and the Michelin Bib Gourmand
ATO-AH is one of seven Cebu Bib Gourmands in the Michelin Guide Manila and Environs and Cebu 2027, announced on 29 October 2026, and the only Cebu restaurant promoted from Selected. A Bib Gourmand is Michelin’s list for good cooking at a fair price. The name means ours in Cebuano, and the menu opens with the restaurant’s own line: created to show Cebu’s culinary heritage, and to promote Cebu to the world. For the full list, see every Cebu restaurant in the Michelin Guide 2027.

What to order, by the table
Pick your table.
The tinu-nuan, banana heart kilawin (₱249), and the dinuguan with lechon (₱358). The lowest-priced appetizer and main on the menu, before rice and drinks.
The kinilaw (₱599), the dish that shows what the kitchen does, and the balbacua (₱489), a Cebuano classic you can judge against every other one you have had.
Kinilaw (₱599), ukoy (₱399), the pochero soup with beef shank and corn (₱1,499) and the humba (₱649). About ₱787 each before rice and drinks.
Southern bluefin tuna instead of the usual tanigue, dressed with dungon-late, the Cebuano sour fruit, and finished with green mango and pomelo. ₱599.
What to order
Start with the kinilaw. It is the dish that shows what the kitchen is doing: bluefin tuna instead of the usual tanigue, dressed with dungon-late, the Cebuano sour fruit, plus green mango and pomelo. Then pick one Cebuano classic you already know well, because that is where the comparison is fairest. Balbacua at ₱489 and the dinuguan at ₱358 are the cheaper ways in. The pochero is priced for a table at ₱1,499, so bring people.

The room
It is a small, high-ceilinged room behind a glass front on the Park Avenue walkway, with rattan chairs, booths upholstered in patchwork fabric, and an open kitchen counter at the back. It is a sit-down restaurant, not a turo-turo, and it fills up at dinner, so book ahead for a group.

How to get there
38 Park Avenue, Cebu IT Park, Cebu City, on the covered walkway. Kokeek’s Manokan, another new name on the 2027 list, is a few minutes away on Gov. M. Cuenco Avenue if you want two Michelin lunches at very different prices on the same afternoon.
