Seven Bib Gourmands, 16 Selected, no stars. The full Cebu list from the 2027 Michelin Guide and what changed from the first edition.
The Michelin Guide Manila and Environs and Cebu 2027 lists 23 Cebu restaurants: seven Bib Gourmands and 16 Selected. No Cebu restaurant holds a star. List checked against the guide’s own Cebu page on 31 October 2026.
The second edition of the guide was announced on 29 October 2026. Cebu went from 18 listed restaurants in the first edition to 23. Three Cebu names joined the Bib Gourmand list, six are new to Selected, and two of last year’s Bib Gourmands are no longer listed. What changed from the 2026 guide
New Bib Gourmands: Tatang’s Lechon and Kalipay! enter straight at Bib Gourmand. ATO-AH, Selected in the first edition, moves up, the only Cebu restaurant promoted this year.
New Selected: Marjo’s Pochero, Kokeek’s Manokan, Cyria’s Kandingan, Kumedor, Playa and Oyster Bay. Four of the six sit at the guide’s lowest price tier, so the new names lean hard toward everyday Cebu food: pochero, inasal, kanding.
No longer listed: Cur8 and Pares Batchoy Food House, both Bib Gourmands in 2026, and Pares Pares on N. Escario, Selected in 2026, do not appear on the guide’s Cebu page as checked on 31 October 2026. Michelin does not publish reasons for removals.
The cheapest Michelin meals in Cebu
Eight of the 23 sit at the single ₱ tier. From the ones we have priced: a ₱180 lechon value meal at Tatang’s, a ₱160 inasal leg at Kokeek’s, and larang at Esmen in Pasil. At Marjo’s, the pochero is ₱900 but built for a table to share. At ATO-AH, appetizers start at ₱249.
