Moadto Strip is a beachfront row of about seventeen tenants at Tumoy Leisure Village in Doljo, Panglao, and the reason to go is that it solves the Panglao dinner problem. Most of the island’s eating is either inside a resort or a drive away in Alona. Moadto puts a laundry, a dive shop, a spa, a pasalubong counter and a dozen places to eat on one strip with the sea behind it.
It is not a mall in the Cebu sense. There is no aircon concourse. It is an open row of units facing the water, which is better on a good evening and worse in a downpour.
Who is actually there
Naming the tenants is the whole point of this page, because nobody else does.
Eating and drinking. Onami for Japanese. Imperial Dragon for Chinese. The Lechon Mann. Giligans. Te Amo Catalina. Esquina Del Pan for bread. The Buzz Café. The Chocolate Chamber, which Cebu people will already know. Eno Mann Bar. Ocean Blue Lounge and Beach Bar, which is the one with the water directly behind it. And a Seven Eleven, which matters more than it sounds when the nearest alternative is a resort minibar.
Everything else. JNP Dive Shop. Recovery Spa. ALG Laundry Shop. Aproniana. MS and D Pasalubong and Coffee Shop. Plus a rotating pop up and exhibitor space, which is where the tenant list stops being stable.

What it is good for, in order
The laundry problem. ALG is the practical reason to know this place exists. Four days into a Bohol trip in the wet months, nothing is dry. A laundry you can drop at while eating dinner is worth more than another beach.
Dinner without a resort. Twelve options in a row means a group that cannot agree does not have to. This is the actual use case: a barkada where one wants ramen, one wants lechon and one just wants a beer where they can hear the water.

The last stop before flying. Pasalubong, coffee and a Seven Eleven in one place, on the Doljo side, which is a reasonable final stop if the flight is later in the day.
Getting there
Doljo, Panglao, on the northwest side of the island rather than the Alona side. Full address on the tenant listings is Tumoy Leisure Village 888, Purok 5, Doljo, Panglao, Bohol.
From Alona Beach it is a short tricycle ride. From Tagbilaran it is roughly forty minutes by car across the causeway. Parking is on site and it is not the constraint here that it is in town.
Time it right
Evening is the point. The strip faces the water, it is open air, and it comes alive after the day trips finish rather than at lunch.
Individual tenants keep their own hours and they do not all match, which is the single most useful thing to know. A strip like this does not open and close as one unit, and arriving at 9 AM expecting the whole row to be trading is how the visit goes wrong. Restaurants and bars run late; the laundry, the dive shop and the spa keep daytime hours.
The annoying parts
It is open air. An afternoon downpour in the wet season is felt here in a way it is not in a mall, and the beachfront seating is the first thing to empty.
It is on the Doljo side, so if you are staying at Alona it is a deliberate trip rather than a walk.
The pop up units turn over, so a place recommended in a review from last year may simply not be there.
And it is a leisure village strip rather than a destination in itself. It is a very good solution to the question of where to eat tonight. It is not a reason to come to Panglao.
