What Papa Kit’s is
A 92-hectare property of lagoon, mangroves and woodland on Silot Bay, built around a fishing lagoon and added to over the years with rides and rooms. It is still operating in 2026, with reviews from April, June and August. Several recent visitors note tired rooms and facilities, so treat it as a day trip rather than a resort stay.

Rooms ran ₱2,500 for two to ₱6,000 for four on the 2025 rate card, and online booking sites listed about ₱1,750 to ₱2,150 a night in October 2026. Check-in is from 2 PM.
How to get to Papa Kit’s
It is about 20 km from Cebu City along the north road through Mandaue and Consolacion, roughly an hour and a quarter by car with traffic. By jeepney, walk to the left side of APM Shopping Center beside SM City Cebu and take a Liloan-bound jeepney, then ask for Silot. Ride-hailing works too.
Near Papa Kit’s
In Liloan itself, the Parola sa Liloan lighthouse is a short drive. Further north, Danao is the ferry port for Camotes.
