Two new international routes start from Mactan-Cebu this month, while five existing ones run thinner than usual. If you are flying Cebu Pacific out of Cebu in November, check your booking before you plan around the schedule you saw last month.

Cebu Pacific announced both routes on August 7, 2026, alongside the Cebu to Ho Chi Minh City resumption, which restarted on October 26 at three flights a week. Nagoya becomes the airline’s third Japanese city from Cebu, after Tokyo Narita and Osaka. AeroRoutes’ schedule listing of August 11 puts both new routes on A320neo aircraft. The October 30 schedule update reported no change to either start date.

Cebu Pacific has not published a reason for the November reductions. Its earlier 2026 cuts, which included Cebu to Singapore going from seven to five flights a week, were attributed to the fuel crisis tied to the Middle East conflict. Those ran until late October. Filed schedules can still change, so treat the table as the plan as of October 30 rather than a promise.
