Coffee Bear at Cebu IT Park: Prices, What to Order and the Room
Photographed three weeks into the soft opening in August 2024. The most interesting thing on the premises was the board propped against the door, and what it was quietly buying.
Coffee Bear is a cheap, cheerful coffee chain with a bear on everything, and at under ₱150 for most drinks it is one of the better value cups near Cebu IT Park. The flavored lattes, coconut toffee and sea salt caramel among them, are the point of the menu. The room is loud with color and built for photos.

The cheapest coffee on the IT Park delivery menu, hot or iced. Delivery prices usually sit a little above the counter.

Iced latte ₱120; Spanish, mocha and vanilla ₱130; sea salt caramel ₱140; coconut toffee ₱150. The layered signature drinks are built to be photographed in a clear cup.

Matcha latte ₱140 and matcha coconut ₱145 on delivery. Waffles are ₱110.
Ten stamps, ₱300 off
At the August 2024 soft opening, ten stamps cut the tumbler from ₱599 to ₱299, and following the pages earned a buy one take one card. Those offers ended in 2024; the idea, buying ten visits with a tumbler, is still the clever part.

Branches and history
Coffee Bear opened its first Cebu branch at Garden Row in Ayala Central Bloc, IT Park, after a soft opening in August 2024; the official opening was 7 September 2024. Listings now show branches at IT Park, Elizabeth Mall and Gaisano Grand Minglanilla. The opening promos, including a stamp card that cut the tumbler from ₱599 to ₱299, have ended; ask at the counter for the current one.
