Are the Ettas sets worth it?
Not by much, and it depends on the rice. Set A’s four dishes cost ₱1,420 ordered separately and Set B’s cost ₱1,210, so the sets charge ₱179 and ₱189 for their plain rice. A platter on the same menu is ₱160. The menu does not say how much rice a set includes, which is the whole question. If the table would order a platter anyway, ordering separately is ₱19 to ₱29 cheaper and lets you swap a dish. If four people would each order a cup, the set wins.
Is the set a deal?
Each set bundles four dishes and plain rice. Put it on the scale against the same dishes ordered one by one. The heavier pan costs more.

What to order
- Beef round with sinigang gravy, ₱660. Beef chunks in a sour, creamy sinigang gravy on a sizzling plate with green beans and tomato. The house special that justifies the trip.
- Nori nachos, ₱295. Fried seaweed sheets in a light batter with a yellow dipping sauce. Ettas’ own invention and the easiest starter for a table.
- Pancit sisig, ₱350. Canton noodles with sisig and chicharon, topped with a fried egg. Two or three people can share it.
- Gambas, ₱365. Shrimp in garlic butter, best with a cup of garlic rice.
- Sapin sapin brûlée, ₱275. Layered sapin sapin under a burnt sugar top.

Drinks
Cocktails are ₱180 to ₱190: cucumber margarita, blueberry mojito, amaretto sour, white Russian and mudslide. Shakes and juices run ₱135 to ₱175, and three pitchers to share, Ettas Four Seasons, Earl Grey lemonade and watermelon cucumber, are ₱235 each. Wine is ₱185 to ₱230 a glass and ₱895 to ₱1,140 a bottle; San Mig Light and Pale Pilsen are ₱100.

The branches
- SM J Mall, Mandaue. Upper ground floor. The branch in these photographs: wooden slats, arched windows and a host stand at the door. Runs on mall hours.
- Mandani Bay boardwalk, Mandaue. The waterfront branch, with indoor seating and balconies outside.
- Banawa, Cebu City. R. Arcenas Street, the first branch.

The drawbacks: portions are built for sharing, so a solo diner pays for more food than one person eats, and the best dishes on the menu are also the most expensive ones. Opening hours for the Banawa and Mandani Bay branches could not be confirmed for October 2026.

A menu built on Utan Bisaya, tuna panga and lechon kawali is a map of the island in itself. The Cebu Icons Tee draws the rest of it.
