The Flying Pig Park, SRP: 39 Stalls From 4 PM, a Playground, and Dogs Welcome
The Flying Pig Park is an evening food park beside the Dynamic Herb Borromeo Sports Complex on the South Road Properties, open 4 PM to 9 PM in its last published hours, with 39 stalls, a playground and room for dogs. It calls itself a Cebu City park, and this page used to put it in Talisay; the city line is disputed, but the address is the SRP coastal road behind the Leylam Shawarma drive-thru. It opened for the 2024 holidays, and the newest dated sign of activity is a run-club meet-up listed there for 28 December 2025.

The park sits beside the Dynamic Herb Borromeo Sports Complex on the Cebu South Coastal Road, along the South Road Properties, behind the Leylam Shawarma drive-thru. It calls itself a Cebu City park; the sports complex is listed in Antuwanga, Cebu City. Earlier versions of this page said Talisay.

Where it is
Beside the Dynamic Herb Borromeo Sports Complex on the Cebu South Coastal Road, the SRP, behind the Leylam Shawarma drive-thru. The park’s own site says “in the heart of Cebu City,” a 2021 report placed the sports complex in Antuwanga, Cebu City, and Wikipedia puts the complex in Talisay. No official source settles the barangay. The complex itself opened in 2019 on land leased from the Borromeo family.
The stalls
There are three sections, food trucks, a central hall and an al fresco area, and 39 stalls of three by three meters. When it opened, CebuInsights found Nonki serving sushi, tempura and teppanyaki, Master Siomai, barbecue and sizzling-plate kiosks, a lechon station, the Runway drinks kiosk, Happy Sip pouring drinks out of a car, and a stall selling sports jerseys. The park said it was still taking tenants and wanted food from ten countries. In Suroy.ph’s frames from the 2024 holiday season there is a stall called Le Oink selling skewers and puso, and a seafood barbecue stall. The milk tea, churros and Korean stands this page once listed were not confirmed and have been removed.

For kids, and for pigs
There is a playground and hopscotch painted on the ground, life-size figures of Carlos Yulo and Lionel Messi, pig sculptures, murals and portraits in the restrooms. The park says it welcomes pets. Its site lists solar-powered lights, a sewage treatment plant and standby generators.
